NCore processes your personal data for the following purposes:

  • Informing you about modifications of our services and products

NCore follows your surfing behaviour across different websites in order to adapt our products and services to your needs. NCore processes your personal data based on the following legal grounds: Processing personal data is necessary due to the implementation of the contract. We use your data to implement our contract as quickly and smoothly as possible. If we want to use your data for any other purposes, we are obliged to ask your permission to do so. 

How long do we keep personal data 

NCore will not keep your personal data for any longer than is strictly necessary to achieve the goals for which your data were collected. 

Sharing personal data with third parties 

NCore will not sell your data to third parties and will only provide them if it is necessary for the implementation of our contract with you or to fulfil a legal obligation. We conclude a processing contract with the companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality for your data. NCore will remain responsible for processing your data. 

Use of cookies or similar techniques 

NCore uses statistical and tracking cookies. A cookie is a small text file that is saved in the browser of your computer, tablet or smartphone during your first visit to this website. NCore uses cookies that track your surfing behaviour, so we can provide customized content and advertising. During your first visit to our website, we have already informed you about these cookies and have asked for your permission to place them. Viewing, modifying or deleting your personal data

Please black out your photo, MRZ (Machine Readable Zone - strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport/identity card), passport/identity card number and Citizen Service Number on this copy to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, but always within four weeks NCore would also like to point out that you have the possibility to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Personal Data Protection Authority.
